Clinton Massie showed resilience in the second quarter, outscoring Batavia 13-8 to cut into the deficit, but the home team maintained control thanks to continued contributions from McKeon and Taylor. The third quarter belonged to Taylor, who erupted for 7 points including a momentum-shifting three-pointer that extended Batavia’s lead back to 16 points. McKeon also stayed aggressive, knocking down multiple free throws to keep Clinton Massie at bay.

The fourth quarter saw Batavia put the finishing touches on their victory, with McKeon adding his final points to reach his game-high 15, while Trent provided a highlight-reel three-pointer late in the contest.
